Winsor newton artists' satin varnish is a quality uv resistant artists satin varnish removable with artists white spirit or distilled turpentine. It is quick drying, non-yellowing and does not bloom or crack. Do not use until painting is completely dry (6-12 months). Shake well before use. Do not use as a medium. Varnishes not only preserve the artwork and protect against dirt dust, they also provide a uniform finish to the painting. Safety warnings.
